1. Acceptance
By installing or using Cart Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Cart Tracker provides shopping assistance features, including:
- Barcode and OCR-assisted product capture
- Real-time cart total tracking
- Budget awareness and session analytics
- Local history and backup/export tools
3. Free and Optional Premium Access
Core functionality is available for free and may include ads. Optional Premium features are available through an auto-renewing monthly Google Play subscription or a one-time lifetime product while that product remains offered.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with app security mechanisms.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with app operation or service availability.
5. Data and Accuracy
Product and price information may come from third-party sources and user input. We do not guarantee complete accuracy. Always verify final prices at checkout.
6. Community Price Contribution
Cart Tracker may ask you to agree to contribute anonymized product price observations to help build aggregated price comparison features. If you agree, contribution is enabled by default and can be turned off later in Settings. If you do not agree, you should exit the app.
Contributed observations may include valid product barcode, item name, brand, category, price, currency, observation time, and broad market context when available. Locally generated shelf-tag identifiers are not treated as official global product barcodes.
7. Third-Party Data Sources
Certain lookup features use third-party product databases, including Open Food Facts. By using these features, you understand that lookup requests may be sent to those services and are subject to their terms and policies.

8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms over time; continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from app use.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
